Card-accessed security gate, security cameras, and good lighting at night. There is a pool for the condo owners as well as a jacuzzi on the other side of the complex. And there is a pedestrian entrance/exit connected to Tula Drive that is a shortcut to get to LSU that is accessible only through card.
